✨ The art of blending ✨

Transitioning from a solid bleach and tone to a soft, dimensional highlighted look is a journey that isn’t talked about very often.

When hair is one solid shade of blonde, creating a seamless blend with depth, movement, and softness takes time.

This isn’t the type of transformation where you’ll see a dramatic change after just one appointment.

Instead, it’s something that’s gradually built appointment after appointment.

Each session allows us to strategically add dimension, soften harsh lines, and create a more natural grow-out while still preserving the brightness you love.

Sometimes the best results come from making small, intentional changes over time.

Trusting the process allows us to create a blonde that feels effortless, grows out beautifully, and is customized specifically for you. 🤍

Taking someone lighter isn’t just about making them blonder—it’s about creating a result that still looks soft, healthy, and lived-in weeks later. ✨

This has been a slow, intentional process for us.

Over 2 appointments, we’ve focused on brightening her overall blonde while still keeping softness and depth near the root so her color grows out beautifully and lasts closer to 12 weeks between appointments.

Because the goal isn’t just bright hair the day you leave the salon.

The goal is hair that still looks expensive, blended, and effortless months later.

Anyone can make hair blonde.

The real skill is creating brightness with longevity. 🤍

This is something I don’t share with any of my clients, family members or really even Patrick for that matter.

I’ve had a business coach for the last 10 years, . Over the last decade she has taught me SO MUCH. From numbers to marketing to boundaries to customer service and then some.

She has a small, elite group of stylists and salons owners that have either doubled or tripled their business since working with her.

And I am one of those who are fortunate to be apart of that group - the X club. I’ve received a couple of awards celebrating and acknowledging my growth and milestones.

I went to San Antonio for the last several days to learn, connect, celebrate, relax, strategize with the xclub members, about where I can refocus parts of my business. It was exactly what I needed! 🥹

If you’re a client of mine; you’ll start to see little tweaks to make your experience better with me. 🎉

Thank you for choosing me to be your stylist!

If you have fine hair, dimension is your best friend. ✨

One of my beautiful clients learned this firsthand.

While traveling for work, she had her hair colored at another salon. When she came back to see me, her hair was very blonde—but it had no movement, no depth, and no intentional direction.

On fine hair, too much solid blonde can actually make the hair appear flatter and thinner.

So instead of making her lighter, we did the opposite.

I strategically added depth throughout her color to create contrast, movement, and the illusion of fuller hair.

The result? Her blonde looked softer, more natural, and significantly more dimensional.

She went from flat and one-dimensional to a color that looked expensive, intentional, and full of life. 🤍

Sometimes the secret to brighter-looking hair isn’t adding more blonde—it’s adding the right amount of dimension.

Behind this door is more than just a hair appointment. 🤍

It’s a space where you can exhale.

A place where you feel welcomed the moment you arrive, listened to throughout your appointment, and confident in the plan we create together.

That's been my goal since day 1 of beauty school.

My intention is for every guest to feel seen, heard, and completely taken care of—from the first consultation to the final reveal.

Because beautiful hair is important, but so is the experience of getting there. ✨

If you’ve been searching for a stylist who values consistency, communication, and a calm, elevated experience, I’d love to welcome you in.

If your hair gets oily quickly, feels weighed down by heavy products, or you wash your hair frequently… this duo is for you. ✨

I recommend the Davines DEDE Shampoo and Conditioner Duo to clients who want their hair to feel clean, soft, and healthy without sacrificing volume.

Why I love it:
• Gently cleanses without stripping the hair
• Lightweight hydration that won’t leave fine hair flat
• Adds softness, shine, and manageability
• Perfect for daily or frequent washing

This is an ideal choice for:
• Fine to medium hair
• Clients with oily scalps
• Natural blondes and highlighted hair
• Anyone who wants a simple, effective routine

If your current shampoo leaves your hair feeling heavy, coated, or greasy by day two, it's time to switch.

Healthy hair starts with the products you use at home, and this is one of my go-to recommendations for hair that feels fresh, light, and effortlessly beautiful. 🤍

Those short, fragile pieces around her face went from “HELP!” to “WOW… this looks so good.” ✨

Instead of fighting against what her hair was doing, we worked with it and turned those broken pieces into soft, intentional curtain bangs that blend beautifully with the rest of her haircut.

This is one of my favorite parts of what I do—finding solutions.

Whether it’s breakage, awkward grow-out, or pieces you’re not sure what to do with, there’s almost always a way to make your hair feel intentional and flattering again.

Sometimes the thing you thought was a problem becomes your favorite part of the haircut. 🤍

The secret to looking brighter, softer, and more youthful? ✨

A lived-in blonde.

Unlike harsh, solid, high-maintenance blondes; a lived-in blonde is designed with depth at the root and soft ribbons of brightness throughout the hair. The result is a more natural, effortless look that grows out beautifully.

Why it can make you look younger:
• Soft dimension adds movement and shine
• Brightness around the face creates a fresh, glowing effect
• A natural root keeps the overall look softer and less harsh
• Healthier-looking hair always feels more youthful

The goal isn’t to be the lightest blonde possible—it’s to create a blonde that complements your skin tone, enhances your features, and looks expensive without trying too hard.

If you want a blonde that feels low-maintenance, healthy, and effortlessly beautiful, a lived-in blonde might be exactly what you’ve been looking for. 🤍

Consistent maintenance keeps your color dimensional, your greys blended, and your ends healthy.

Waiting too long between appointments is what creates correction work — and that can be a disappointment because your results will look different every time.

Beautiful hair isn’t accidental. It’s a plan.

If you’re looking for a hairstylist in Grand Junction who creates a long-term hair plan — not just a one-time appointment — I’ve got you 🤍
