Or buy tree-free bamboo toilet paper (which is the fastest growing plant on Earth) instead of the regular.

• Stop buying tubes of toothepaste and make your own! Simple and effective recipes can be found online!

• If you still buy plastic water bottles, don’t! Make a one time purchase for a water filter, and a reusable bottle 🙂

• Never be afraid to bring your own reusable cup and straw to any fast food chain or cafe.

• And LADIES, if you’re still paying monthly for bleached, chemical coated tampons, switch to a reusable menstrual cup and you will not regret it!
