This just in from the Michigan State board:

New guidelines states that masks are required unless you are fully vaccinated.

This is an exciting step forward! Our clients safety and comfortability remains our priority so of course wearing a mask is still an option. Our stylist will proudly display their vaccination cards and will happily continue wearing a mask. We love you! ❤️

Good morning! We know the changes to the mask mandate are exciting and we are just as excited to have a bit of normalcy in our future. Our goal is to provide a great experience while keeping everyone healthy and since the Michigan State Board of Cosmetology has not released any new guidelines for us that means our mask rule will remain in place for the time being. We thank you all for your continued support through this and we are looking forward to your next visit.

We are looking to expand our salon family. Applicants must be a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Michigan, be proficient in hair coloring and cutting skills, and want to continue their education in this amazing career. Having a clientele would be wonderful, but not required as we are willing to work with you to grow your dream business. We look forward to hearing from you!

Good afternoon! An update for Sage for all who are/were concerned. Through the events last night we were lucky to have made it unscathed. We were very fortunate to not have any damage done to the space and the building. We hope you are all safe and continue to stay healthy.

We are seeking self motivated stylists to fill booth rental chairs. Applicants must have a cosmetology license in the state of Michigan. It is ideal if the stylist has their own clientele. After consulting with she told me to give her “half Targaryen hair”. She had previously lightened ends and zero dimension closer to the scalp. I chose to use Simply Blonde Blue Powder Lightener and 20 Volume and processes for 30 minutes to lift her to a level 10. After shampooing and conditioning with Kenra Platinum Restorative System I glazed her with 10V and 9PV for 10 minutes to achieve that icy platinum highlight. I finished the style by curling her hair with a 1 1/4 marcel iron to give her loose touchable curls.

I have to tell you how great the Natural Ultra Ash series really is. So, I didn’t take a before picture. His hair was platinum, we filled it with 7C & 6R, and completes the look with 5NUA & 3NUA. Not only did it completely cover and saturate but the warm tones are completely gone! If you’re looking to kick brass, this is the way to do it my friends!
