Spiritual growth is often described through big moments.
Breakthroughs.
Awakenings.
Profound realizations.
But many of the moments that shape us most are much quieter.
A conversation.
A walk.
A moment of laughter.
The sound of rain.
A pause long enough to notice what is already here.
Not every meaningful moment changes your life.
Some simply remind you to be present within it.
What is something ordinary that helps you feel more connected to yourself, life, or Spirit?

Most people are taught how to give advice.
Far fewer people are taught how to ask whether advice is wanted.
When someone shares something difficult, many of us immediately begin looking for solutions.
Sometimes that’s helpful.
Sometimes what a person needs most is space to think out loud, process, or simply feel heard.
One question can change the entire conversation:
“Would you like my thoughts, or would you rather I just listen?”
Neither answer is wrong.
But giving people a choice often creates a very different experience than assuming what they need.
When you’re struggling with something, what helps you more?
Advice or being listened to?

People talk about red flags all the time.
Let’s talk about green flags.
Some of mine:
• They can admit when they’re wrong.
• They celebrate other people’s success.
• They ask questions before making assumptions.
• They are kind when nobody is watching.
• They respect boundaries without taking them personally.
What’s a green flag you think deserves more attention?
I’d love to hear yours. 🌿

Many people spend years searching for connection.
Connection to themselves.
Connection to other people.
Connection to purpose.
Connection to Spirit.
But what if connection is not something missing?
What if it is something that has always been there beneath the noise, beneath the rushing, beneath the distractions of daily life?
The breath connects us.
The earth supports us.
Relationships shape us.
Community holds us.
Spirit moves through all of it.
Sometimes healing is not about becoming something new.
Sometimes it is about remembering what has always been true:
that we were never as separate as we imagined.
At Eyes Wide Open, we believe many practices—from breathwork to sound healing to simply sitting in intentional community—helping people reconnect with what has always been present beneath the surface. 🌿

People often underestimate how much atmosphere affects daily life.
Lighting.
Music.
Smell.
Clutter.
Airflow.
Texture.
Color.
Noise.
Small details quietly shape the way spaces feel to exist inside.
Not every environment needs to look perfect.
But many people notice they think more clearly, rest more easily, and feel more present when spaces feel intentional instead of chaotic.
Sometimes care looks like creating environments that feel supportive to come home to.
Not performative.
Just lived in thoughtfully. 🌿
