Here we have three different varieties of mineral soaks:

The top picture is epsom salt, pink Himalayan salt and essential oils.

The bottom left is epsom salt, pink Himalayan salt and loose herbs.

The bottom right is epsom salt, pink Himalayan salt and loose herbs tied up in cloth to prevent the herbs from going down the drain.

You can also put a strainer in your bathtub drain to prevent any loose herbs from clogging your drain.

Featured here is a remineralizing tooth powder made from activated charcoal, kelp powder, bentonite clay, clove, cinnamon, and turmeric.

The activated charcoal and turmeric are added for their whitening properties.

Bentonite clay is known to bind to and draw out heavy metals and is also alkaline and full of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and silica which are nourishing for the teeth! This is part of why the tooth powder helps to remineralize your teeth.

Another aspect of remineralization comes from the kelp powder which is rich in calcium and trace minerals. Kelp is also known to cleanse teeth by removing plaque.

Clove powder and cinnamon powder is added for their astringent properties that support gum health, and they add to the flavor!

This tooth powder is great on its own but can also have peppermint essential oils added for a stronger flavor and fresher sensation!

This is one of my favorite and most-used products. It is a powder laundry detergent made with washing soda, borax and Dr. Bronner’s castile soap (grated).
To use, simply add 3 tablespoons to your washer prior to adding your clothes.
