Adventures Of A Hairstylist

I was told to create a hairstyle that would fit in “The Great Gatsby” using a fishtail braid. Ended up running around the building trying to find a headband before I ended up stealing a friends necklace.

Here are the portfolio pieces as well as my marketing piece that I entered to beacon! Now all we have to do is wait till April 23 to find out the results!

Had a great time coloring this lovely lady’s hair last Thursday.

Learned how to make a smooth ponytail.

Got to spend my first model day with this lovely lady. Took a few inches off of the bottom and did some face framing. We even got her hair to curl!

Had a lot of fun doing my little sisters hair and make up for Halloween last night. Unfortunately my dad did not have as much fun taking it down as I had putting it up.

We learned how to do a beach braid today.

Had fun practicing my ringlet curls at home today.

We learned how to do vertical barrel curls with finger waves in class. I really like how it turned out.
