There's a contest based off the Paul mitchell neon line and I need models to try some styles on. Here's the scoop you just need to be willing to try something fun and take some pictures of the finished style. You're look will be submitted for others to look at. All looks must be done using the Paul mitchell neon products, also if there is time I will do you're makeup as well. This is all free of charge.
