Step out of your head and back into your body with a grounding yoga class led by Carley. After class, you’ll move through a series of calming, sensory focused experiences like guided meditation and stretching, a calming facial , a relaxing foot soak, journaling and reflection, and a custom body scrub blending station to create your own take home scrub.

This isn’t just yoga and a facial, it’s an opportunity to step away from the noise, settle into the present moment, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply restored.

We first introduced it back in May 2022 as the Triple Crown Facial because of the 3 exfoliants used.
👑 Cranberry Gommage: a physical exfoliant that helps to unclog and minimize pores with cranberry and raspberry enzymes. Exfoliates and purifies with zeolite and sucrose.
👑 Cranberry Activator: 15% lactic acid and powerful cranberry enzymes refine texture and keep things clear.
👑 Enzyme Peel: papaya, pineapple, and orange peel enzymes help to break down buildup and dead skin.
It’s a lot of exfoliation, but it’s done in an intentional way that’s gentle but effective and doesn’t damage your skin barrier.
