Check out this awesome extensions project I did on Anique!!! It's tricky to get curly extensions, but I sourced and custom-colored this set for this beautiful lady!!

Guess who got second degree burns all over their hand? Aynsley!!!
So what happened was, I was trying to make simple syrup and I accidentally poured boiling sugar all over my hand.
Yep, it hurts. It also itches.
I was hoping to be out of the salon for only a short time, but it looks like I might have to take much more recovery time than I initially hoped.
Mentally, I'm going nuts. I love my job and just being off for four short days has felt like torture. Taking more time off is... something I'm not looking forward to. I can't wait to be back in the salon, but unfortunately I just can't wash hair or hold scissors right now.
I'll be reaching out to everyone I need to in the next few days. Please be patient with me! I will get you back on the books ASAP, but I'll be asking my friends at Lilith's to take care of you while I'm gone. I know it can be nerve-wracking to see a new stylist, but everyone at Lilith's is really cool and they will take great care of you while I'm recovering.
