I swapped my old strap system for some beautiful Sarga Silks! They're softer and stretchier, so I can lean, change angles, and work with confidence (who'd have thought not worrying about ending up on the floor = amazing bodywork 🙌)

And!! They make my bars look like a STATEMENT PIECE -- luxurious, intentional, an actual part of the space and not an industrial afterthought. ✨️

This year that feels especially true. In the middle of the holiday rush, full schedules, and overflowing to-do lists, I keep coming back to presence - to slowing down, noticing the small things, and appreciating the people who make this work so meaningful. ✨️
