A little about me:
As a young girl in Australia I had baby kangaroos as pets. Bottle fed them as babies. (I’ve never heard of another Aussie family doing this so it’s rare).
When I was around 7 years old the town I was in had a “child swap” for the primary school kids and I was given to an American family who randomly lived in the next town. They were super nice to me and I fell in love with Americans. I moved to America first at 19 years old and again at 42.
I moved from a large city of 6 million people to move here and mostly miss hugging my friends and our food. Meijer now sells our chocolate biscuits called Tim tams and you should YouTube what a Tim Tam slam is and try it. Delicious.
