My name is Melissa and I opened Rooted Balance Massage winter 2022 in Granger, IN where we operated and grew organically in a shared rental space for several years until we outgrew it.

June 1st we moved to Niles, MI, into a larger building of our own with more treatment rooms and central space. Our client demand continues to grow and our current staff is about at capacity. We are in need of at least one full-time or 2 part-time licensed massage therapists to join our team.

We have many exciting things upcoming, a brand new room for couples massage and small groups, pop up events, continued education classes, IV therapy starting monthly etc. we really need more hands on deck!

I started this business with the intention of creating an environment where practitioners can thrive without burnout, where client experience and flow of the day takes priority. We keep 30 minutes between appointments for the sake of therapist and client. We work as a team to cover client load and scheduling is collaborative.
