I think sometimes the more layers the better 🤭 but seriously, my girl Kaylee has THE best hair and rocks any cut we do on her

Some of you have already heard the news, but it finally feels like the right time to share it with everyone.

Sebastian and I are so excited to announce that we’re expecting a baby boy and can’t wait to meet him in 2027. This has already been the most incredible season of our lives, and we’re so grateful for all the love and support we’ve received from family, friends, and my clients. We truly couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter.

With that excitement also comes another big life update. This October, our little family will be making the move to Utah. While it’s something we’ve been looking forward to, it’s definitely bittersweet because it means saying goodbye to a career and clients that have meant so much to me. Thank you to every person who has trusted me with your hair, celebrated milestones in my chair, and supported me over the years. The relationships I’ve built behind the chair have been one of the greatest blessings of my career.

Until then, I’m still behind the chair and happily accepting appointments, including new clients. I just want everyone booking to know that I’ll be moving in October so you can plan accordingly. My last week will be October 4-10.

To all of my current clients, I’d love to see you one more time before I move! I have limited availability so please schedule now! I’d also love to refer you to one of my fellow stylists here at Studio Sixteen for when I’m gone because I know they will all take such great care of you

But seriously, this is one of my fav placements to do on previously blonde clients that just want to be dimensional and lived in, but still bright! The perfect touch up.

Hi! Ok, so it’s been like forever since I’ve posted on my hair account. Life is so crazy right now!!

This past month, I traveled to 5 different big cities, did some stunning hair, and spent time with my family and friends.

I’m so grateful for you keeping me busy at work. I truly feel at home when I’m with my girls and couldn’t ask for a more fun, and furling job.

I currently work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I also alternate Wednesdays and Saturday! For those of you looking for evening time slots for your appointments, I HIGHLY recommend you prebook out your appointments. Same goes for Saturdays! These times are so sought after and go extremely fast. I want to make sure those of you that work during the day can get in with me when you need it!

Here’s the reality:

Permanent color is permanent, and no amount of lightening can get rid of it. But good news! A color correction and few rows of extensions can completely transform your look. (Last photo of the hair was NOT done by me)

This guest came to me with a few different colors going on. Virgin regrowth, a band of previously lightened hair, a band of permanent black hair color, and pourus and prelighted ends.
What happened- she was blonde then went dark without knowing her hairstylist was using permanent color. When she tried to go light again, the lightener couldn’t lift it, leaving the hair very uneven and splotchy. Our only choice was to grow it out or go darker.

With a combination of 3 different formulas, I was able to give my client a beautiful deep copper color and 3 rows of 22 inch extensions. Trust me when I say she left my chair feeling confidence that will last a lifetime!

The truth is that good hair takes time and great home care. My girl left with 5 products for home use to ensure her color and extensions stay vibrant and in tact before her next appointment.
