In honor of Mental Health Awareness month, let’s take a moment to honor ourselves and restore our energy 🍃

I used to think healing my skin meant finding the “perfect product.” Truthfully, it ended up being so much deeper than that.

Stress. Inflammation. Sleep. Hormones. Consistency. What I was eating. How I was caring for myself mentally and physically. All of it showed up on my skin.
