Due to ongoing inflation affecting goods and services, along with necessary adjustments required by the state, we are witnessing an increase in costs. To address this issue, we feel that implementing a credit card processing fee is a more comfortable approach than raising prices across all services. Starting on 5/1/25, a 3.5% processing fee will be added to your bill if you choose to pay with a credit card. Other payment methods will not incur this fee, and autopay transactions will also be exempt. This change allows for a sort of “optional” price increase, as you can avoid the fee by selecting a different payment option, keeping the price unchanged. We appreciate your understanding!
