✨ **A Few Important Updates!** ✨

As my practice continues to grow, I'm making a few changes to better serve my clients while creating a healthy balance between my business and personal time. The following changes will take effect 8/1/2026.

📞 **New Phone Number:** Please update your contacts with my new business number: **828-394-9332**. If I'm in a session or otherwise unable to answer, feel free to leave a voicemail or send a text, and I'll get back to you as soon as I'm available.

🕒 **New Reception Hours:** I've also introduced dedicated reception hours to better manage client communication. These will be Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. During these hours, I'll be available to return calls, respond to messages, assist with scheduling, and answer any questions. If you contact me outside of reception hours, I'll respond as soon as I'm able.

📅 **Updated Cancellation Policy:** Appointments may now be canceled or rescheduled online up to **12 hours** before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee regardless of reason. If you are able to reschedule and complete your appointment within **7 days** of your original appointment, your cancellation payment will be applied to your rescheduled session. Exceptions may be considered at therapist's discretion.
