VIVID - Pre Whitening Instructions
● DO eat prior to your appointment.
● Brush gently on the day of your appointment and avoid brushing your gum tissue. (Avoid brushing teeth/gum several hours before your appointment if possible - at least 2 hours.)
● Please know there is a 24 hour ‘white diet’ after your whitening appointment if you do not purchase the shield and shimmer add on.

VIVID - Post Whitening Instructions
● Drinking water for the next 2 hours will decrease possible sensitivity.
● NEXT 48 hours: Brush very gently with a white toothpaste, DO NOT brush gums, avoid using a whitening or baking soda toothpaste. 
● Any sensitivity is typically gone within 24 hours. You may choose to purchase desensitizing gel or take a mild pain reliever. 
● Follow instruction for 24 hour white diet to avoid staining your teeth if sealant wasn’t applied.

An appointment for whitening includes three 20 minute sessions under an LED light. The sessions are back to back with breaks in between. The cost is $150. With just whitening please be aware that avoiding dark/staining foods for 24 hours post op is necessary. We do offer add-ons:
Shield and Shimmer: Seals the teeth after whitening and allows you to skip the 24 hour ‘white diet’ - $20
True Minerals: applied throughout for people with teeth sensitivity- $25
In the one appointment we can get you up to 14 shades lighter, choosing to do additional applications after that appointment to brighten the teeth is person to person - however everyone has a natural stopping point, you won’t go whiter than that. We recommend the one appointment and to develop a baseline for your teeth. Once we know your teeth and brighten them up, we can work together to maintain your brightest white!
