💗 A little business update regarding cancellations & appointments 💗

I hate having to make posts like this, but my last-minute cancellations have gotten to the point where I need to make some changes moving forward.

My business is my livelihood. When someone cancels the day before or doesn’t show up, that is an appointment I likely can’t fill, which means that’s money I was counting on to pay a bill, buy groceries, or keep my business running.

I also purchase color and other products specifically for your appointment. When an appointment is cancelled last minute, I’ve already put that money out, and unfortunately, that product isn’t always something I can return or use for another client.

I completely understand that life happens and emergencies come up.

My cancellation policy has always allowed for some flexibility, but unfortunately, repeated last-minute cancellations have made it necessary for me to be more strict.

✨ Going forward, all appointments will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The deposit will go toward your service total, but will not be refunded if the appointment is cancelled.

Please understand that this isn’t about being difficult or trying to take anyone’s money. It’s about protecting my time, my business, and my ability to make a living doing what I love.

When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved specifically for you, and I truly appreciate everyone who respects that. Your appointments and support mean so much to me!
