An apprenticeship is so much more than learning how to do hair—it’s learning the ins and outs of working in a salon, connecting with clients, building confidence, and developing skills that can become a lifelong career.

We’re looking for someone who fits the mold of Identity Salon: someone with a great personality, a strong work ethic, a love for people, curiosity, energy, and a genuine desire to learn.

We can teach the skills. What we’re looking for is someone who wants to learn them. ❤️
