A body in motion stays in motion, and the human body is no different! At Solstice, we exercise 6 days a week to keep our bodies moving. Our class leaders include a yoga instructor, a physical therapist, and a certified Silver Sneakers teacher, each leading twice a week.

Great dining is about more than what’s on the plate. It’s about gathering with friends, sharing stories, trying new flavors and creating moments that bring people together.

Our culinary team works hard every day to prepare three delicious meals that residents look forward to, making dining one of the most enjoyable parts of community life.
