Recipe for Life

It is March 12 and this is still good. Just regular milk. Pour into glass and smell the milk. If it smells fine then use for cooking and drinking. Don't always throw out things based on expiration date.

I almost threw this heavy cream out on January first because of the printed expiration date and it was unopened. I gave it a try (and smelled it first). It was fine. I used it all the way to February 1st and it was still not spoiled. Don't always throw things out, be mindful and use your senses.

Here is another weird expiration date, a 24.6 ounce bottle of Siracha, use within 8 weeks. I don't think so. I leave refrigerated and maybe use within a year.

This says use within 2 weeks, I kept mine in the fridge for a year, using a chunk a week. It was perfectly fine!
