Snack time Julia Ann's Closet
Pancakes, bacon made in the oven using parchment paper on a cookie sheet and a few eggs scrambled with simple seasonings and cheese plus some cinnamon applesauce made my clients so happy!
▢ 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
▢ 2 1/3 cups confectioners’ sugar
▢ 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
▢ 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
▢ 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
▢ 1/4 teaspoon salt
Blend the first 3 ingredients well.
Add the remaining 3 ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy. Julia Ann's Closet

Simple Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients:
½ cup butter, melted
⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups confectioners' sugar
⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Stir melted butter and cocoa powder in a bowl until evenly mixed.
Add in confectioners' sugar and cream; beating until smooth and easily spreads.
Stir in vanilla extract.
This is enough defrost, a 13 x 9 cake.
