My ideal clients are women who are planning unmedicated hospital birth or homebirth.

I’m based in Grass Valley.

I’m contracted Health Net, Partnership, Kaiser, and straight medi-cal.

How can women prepare prenatally for the shift that is coming?

It's not just about prenatal doctors appointments and babyshowers and baby registries.

Remembering to take care of the mama, who needs to be taken care of in order to take care of baby, is something our culture has forgotten.

A mother's celebration is a way for a pregnant mama's community to shower her with all the good things!

Ceremony can be woven in, yummy foods shared, gifts and massages given.

It might feel selfish or too much for woman to request this for herself. I know it felt that way for me but I trusted and asked anyway. It wasn't easy but we created a short and sweet afternoon amongst the business of life.

Life is so busy that it's easy to get caught up in everything but the spiritual and physical connection with growing baby!

Build in special time each day to talk to and feel baby. They are listening and I believe they can feel what you feel.

Are you worried, holding stress, unsure of the future?

Slow down, remember your breath, ask your partner for a massage or book one! Take a bath, listen to some relaxing music and cry if you need to!

You got this mama, even if it doesn't feel like it sometimes.
