Active Release Techniques, Neuromuscular Reprogramming, Fascial Taping, Deep Tissue Massage, and Strengthening Exercises. I started out doing spa work - swedish and a little deep tissue. I soon discovered that I liked the medical side of bodywork more and moved into NMR and Trigger Point. To take it even further to the physical therapy side of bodywork, I studied A.R.T. and now almost exclusively use this technique to treat my patients. I also became certified in fascial movement taping with RockTape and have found that my clients respond very positively to the taping.
