If you are trying to lose weight or get healthier about the way you eat, I really recommend you read "The 100" by Jorge Cruise, it really opened my eyes up to a lot of things I was doing wrong.

I have been struggling to lose 15 to 18 lbs, I have been taking Thermofit and using my Fat Fighters which have been helping me not gain and lose a lb here and there, but now that I understand and have read "The 100" I started on Monday eating this way and I have lost 4 lbs already!!! I also wanted to share this share some great things that I think we will laugh at when we read them, because I'm sure we have all thought this way one time or another..,

- if no one sees you eat it, it has no calories.
- If you drink a diet soda with candy, they cancel each other out.
- Foods used for medicinal purposes have no calories. This includes any chocolate used for energy, Sara Lee cheesecake (eaten whole), and Haagen-Dazs ice cream.
- Movie - related foods are much lower in calories simply because they are part of the entertainment experience and not part of one's personal fuel. This includes (but not limited to) Milk Duds, popcorn with butter, Junior Mints, Snickers, and Gummi Bears.
- If you eat the food off someone else's plate, it doesn't count.
- If you eat standing up, the calories all go to your feet and get walked off.. (love this on)!!!

- Food eaten at Christmas parties has 0 calories, courtesy of Santa.......
