Happy Sunday, friends! Feels soooo good getting back into a healthy routine after the holidays! 🧘🏻‍♀️ I will admit I totally fell off my stretching/movement routine for the past few weeks, and man my body was feeling it..

I just feel the need to share because I know so many of you struggle with aches & pains as well… and it’s truly amazing how just a 20min walk + a simple daily stretching routine can work wonders.
