I intuitively guide people with a body, mind and spirit approach through Somatic Breathwork, Bodywork and Ayurvedic treatment.
It's getting closer! Cristina and I will start our monthly JourneyDance classes in September. Sundays 9/27 and 11/1 at 1 pm are the first classes at LifeWorks in Great Barrington. Registration is open!
Here’s the class description: Embark on a journey of self-exploration through movement and music. Allow yourself to land in your body and rekindle your sense of inner freedom through expressive dance. By fostering our embodied presence we can begin to let go of what does not serve us and invite in joy, healing and love. Come tell your story on the dance floor and move like no one is watching, together!

Also, I’ll be leading a free qigong morning energizer exercise this Sunday at 10:30, 11:30, and 12:30 at the New Marlborough Farmers and Makers market. Stop on by and do some shaking with me!
Umpechene Falls is such a special place near and dear to my heart.
