❣️ Cara Long ❣️

Hello everyone!

I’ve had a lot of questions lately about pricing, hours, and requests on how to book appointments with me, so I figured I would do a quick re-introduction of myself and share some of that info! ☺️

About me;

My name is Cara Long and I am a certified massage therapist and Licensed Nurse. I have owned body care by cara for 4 years and co-owned the Studio for 2 years. I offer a wide variety of massages from sports massage, Thai stretching, deep tissue, cupping, prenatal massage and much more. My previous orthopedic nursing experience gives me an advantage at the table to treat my clients. My prices do reflect my knowledge and training I’ve acquired over the years.

Outside of work, I am a wife to my husband Phillip, and a mom to 4 kiddos. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family. 🥰

Hours/Booking;
Monday: 8am-6pm
Tuesday: 9am-3pm
Wednesday: 8am-6pm
Thursday: 9am-3pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: (every other) 9am-12pm
Sunday: Closed

I do not offer online booking at this time, so if you are wanting to book an appointment, simply message, text or call. ☺️ I am booking a few weeks in advance, and my later afternoon slots are booking around 6 weeks out.

I post last minute openings and cancellations as they come, so be on the look out for those as well!

I appreciate all of my regulars + new clients I have been able to treat, and I look forward to continuing to see you all 🥰

If you need a last minute gift card for Christmas or an ear candle set as a stocking stuffer, I will be available today until 5pm!

I would like to give a huge appreciation shoutout to all my clients and wish you a joyous Christmas and a happy new year.

I am honored to have had the opportunity to serve each of you. I look forward to seeing you all in 2026!

❤️Cara Long💚
