❌❌❌❌❌❌What the massage industry doesn’t want you to know:

🔅 A 60 minute minute massage is about the same as 7-8 hours of sleep to the body

🔅 A deep tissue massage does not need to hurt to work.

🔅 Lifts mood and eases mild depression.
- A good session actively drops cortisol (stress hormone) while spiking serotonin and dopamine (happy and feel-good hormone)

🔅 An average Starbucks drinker spends an average of $125 every month which would be an equivalent to a 90-minute massage.
- (90-minute massages are $110 if done by Alicia😉).

🔅 A recent review of scientific literature concluded that massage therapy may help to reduce depression
🔅As well as to relieve low-back pain and chronic neck pain.

🔅 Enhances athletic performance at any level, wether it’s at high school level, college, gym rats, weekend warrior, etc.

🔅 Massage therapy has been around for thousands of years.
- Evidence shows massage therapy has been around since 3,000 B.C.

Dont forget to drink water after session I think the lady was trying to point it out🤣🥤
