I wanted to hop on and touch base on a few things with you all! ❤️

1. My books are still CLOSED! 🔒
At this time, I am not accepting new clients. My books are currently full, but be sure to check back in the future because I may have an opening become available! 😊

2. Late appointments ⏰
I book out 1 hour for one-week fills and 1.5 hours for two-week fills. I allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments, with the exception of one-week fills, which have a 10-minute grace period.

When you're 15 minutes late to a one-hour appointment, that takes away a quarter of your appointment time. At that point, I will need to ask you to reschedule.

I will also no longer be able to offer the “just do what you can” option in these situations. When we lose that much time, I may not be able to give you the full fill you need, which can leave you with even more work to be done at your next appointment.

Not only does this affect the quality of your appointment, but it can also affect my next client if we run into their scheduled time. I want to be able to give each client the time and attention they deserve. 💕

If you know you're going to be late, please message me as soon as possible and we can figure out a time to reschedule!

3. I need MORE photos! 📸✨
Don't be surprised if I ask to take some pictures at your next appointment! 😂 I realized I don't have nearly enough updated photos of my current work on my page, so I'd love to start sharing more of the beautiful sets I'm creating lately. 🥰

✨ Attention Clients ✨

With the first day of school right around the corner (August 26th), my schedule will be changing to fit my kiddos' school schedule!

🖤 Beginning August 26th, my regular business hours will be:
• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM

I will also be offering limited evening appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, and some Wednesdays.

When booking your appointments, please keep my updated availability in mind so I can do my best to accommodate everyone's schedule.

I also plan to spend more time with my kids on their scheduled days off from school, so my availability will be a little more limited on those days as well.

First off, I'm so sorry it's been a minute since I've posted on here. Your girl has been BUSY this summer! 😅
I just wanted to hop on and let you all know that I'm still here and so incredibly grateful for all of you.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to vote for me in the recent CommunityVotes awards! 🥹❤️ Because of all of your support, Esthetics by Hailey was voted Gold in the Lashes category! ✨ I truly couldn't do what I love without my amazing clients, friends, family, and supporters. Your trust and encouragement mean more to me than you'll ever know.
I've also noticed a big increase in appointment requests lately, and I can't thank you enough for that! At this time, I'm still not accepting new clients so I can continue giving my current clients the time and attention they deserve. I do plan to revisit opening my books once school starts back up and life slows down a bit, so stay tuned!
