On the other side, while we do understand life happens sometimes and you are unable to make your appointment last minute. We really ask that when making an appointment you do your best to know if you can actually make it. So often we find clients book without being confident it will work out and end up cancelling last minute. This makes it very hard for us to fill the spot and it affects us hugely since this is our means of living.
