Where do we even begin with this one?

Lex is not only our incredible ultrasound tech, she is truly our office extraordinaire. She somehow knows a little bit about everything, can solve just about any problem, and is always the first person willing to jump in and help wherever she’s needed. She is, without question, part of the glue that holds Dahl House together.

In all the years we’ve known her, there has never been a time when Lex has let us down. Ever. Her follow-through is unmatched....whether it’s as a coworker, a friend, or simply someone you know you can count on. If Lex says she’s going to do something, consider it done… and probably done better and more thoroughly than you ever expected. 🤍

But what makes Lex so special has very little to do with what she does and everything to do with who she is.

She is kind. Fiercely loyal. Smart. Thoughtful. Dependable. Intentional. She keeps her circle small, not because she doesn’t have room in her heart for people, but because she understands that true friendship takes time, effort, and presence....and she gives those things fully to the people she loves. If you’re lucky enough to be in Lex’s circle, you know just how deeply she shows up for you.

She is the kind of person who makes life easier simply by being in it. The kind of friend you can call. The kind of coworker you trust completely. The kind of person you want standing beside you through the really good days and the really hard ones.

Lex, you are genuinely one of the very best parts of Dahl House, and we hope you know how loved, appreciated, and valued you are.....not just today, but every single day.

Forty years of being an incredible human, and somehow you still don’t look a day over 25. 😉🤍

If you know Lindsey, you know there truly isn’t anyone more loyal, thoughtful, or caring. She’s the one who keeps us organized, keeps our days running smoothly, and somehow always makes sure everyone around her feels supported and cared for.

She is an incredible leader..the kind who leads by example, shows up when it matters, and makes the people around her better. But as much as we admire the leader she is at Dahl House, we admire even more who she is outside of these walls. She is an amazing mother, wife, sister, and aunt, and she pours that same loyalty, love, and thoughtfulness into her family that she gives to all of us.

She is the steady hand behind so much of what we do, the person we can always count on, and such a huge part of the heart of Dahl House.
