Here are some tips for healthy and happy skin!

•Hydration💧Drinking plenty of water is great for your body and skin in general but don’t always believe what you read. Water will not prevent premature aging but that doesn’t mean not to drink any.
•Sunscreen ☀️ Basal Cell Carcinoma is the most common form of skin cancer and it happens more frequently than you think. Wearing sunscreen puts a barrier to save your skin from getting burned and the overall effect that the sun has on your skin.
•Exfoliate 🧽 Exfoliating removes all of the dead skin cells, excess oils, and dirt that collect on your skin. There are many benefits to exfoliating but if you do it too much you could damage your acid mantle (a barrier in your skin that protects against bacteria and other contaminants) causing breakouts or irritation.
•Moisturize 🧴Moisturizing everyday and night is so beneficial for your skin even though it might not seem like it. It helps maintain your skin’s moisture barrier and helps protect from environmental damage.
•Cleansing x2 🧼 Cleansing your skin once is great for your skin but doing it twice at night is great for getting everything off so nothing sits on there longer than need be. After the day is done, you have makeup, dirt, and oil on your skin. One cleanse might get what you think is everything but doing it one more time just to ensure you did will help keep your skin healthy.
