✨ Effective immediately:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits are used toward the products and supplies needed for your scheduled service.
• If you OR I need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your next scheduled service.
• I will also no longer be accepting prepayment for services (excluding the required deposit). Services will be paid for at the time of your appointment.

These policies help me protect the time, products, and expenses that go into preparing for each appointment while continuing to provide the best experience possible for my clients.

Behind the chair is a real person with a real life. I’m not just a hairstylist and business owner — I’m also a single mom, a daughter, a friend, and a person who has my own struggles and health issues that I’m navigating every day.

Some days I’m exhausted. Some days life throws things at me that are completely unexpected. And sometimes, even when I’m doing everything I can, things don’t always go exactly as planned.

I work hard to show up for my clients, make you feel beautiful, and give you the best experience I possibly can. But just like everyone else, I need grace, patience, understanding, and kindness too. 🫶🏼

Owning a small business is so much more than what you see behind the chair. There are bills, responsibilities, family, appointments, stress, emotions, and an entire life happening outside of the salon.
