I know weld county and Greeley are not enforcing the state issued mask mandate. This is from the Department of Regulatory Agencies that oversees my license. I'm not willing to risk my license that I've had for 26 years. My policy is no mask=no service. I've heard of several "professionals" around the state refusing to comply with DORA's mandates and as a result DORA is considering shutting us down again. To refuse to comply with your states regulatory agency is very unprofessional and the license holders who are refusing to comply are going to screw us all.

Hello! As of Thursday March 19th per the state of Colorado NO ONE in the personal service industry are allowed to do services. I.E. hair stylists, nail techs, estheticians and tattoo artists are not to be working until (hopefully) May 1st. Thank you to any clients wanting to give me some business but the penalties are too high to risk it. The penalties are loss of license, a $1,000 fine and possibly up to a year in jail. I cannot risk these things. As soon as I know for sure what day we will be allowed to go back to work I'll be offering a really good promotion for front line workers who have had to work during this craziness. Also please please DON'T color your hair at home! Please wait! I will not have time for the first 4-6 weeks after I can go back to work for color corrections.
