The first welcome. The calm voice on a busy day. The person who remembers a guest’s name and keeps the details moving behind the scenes.
That’s the kind of person we’re looking for at James Salon.
Our Guest Services team does much more than check guests in. You’ll help manage appointments, answer calls, support our artists, recommend services and AVEDA products, and make every guest feel cared for from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
You’ll feel at home here if you’re warm with people, organized under pressure, dependable with your schedule, and comfortable taking initiative when the salon gets busy. Salon experience is preferred, and experience in hospitality or retail is also welcome. Above all, we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves taking care of people.
We’re a team that takes our work seriously and supports each other while we do it. If that sounds like a place where you’d thrive, we’d love to meet you.
