As a massage therapist since 2002 I have been dedicated in helping my clients to improve from injuries, chronic pain, and stress-related tension.

I have added health coaching to the mix, and am able to offer a more complete approach to helping others!

Massage therapists—

Quick question for you:

What’s something you see all the time…

but still wish you had a better way to treat?

A few that come up a lot:
• Chronic neck and shoulder tension
• Low back that keeps coming back
• Clients who don’t respond the way you expect
• Postural issues from desk work
• Figuring out what you’re actually feeling vs. guessing

I’m building out an advanced symposium series around real-world patterns like these.
Would love to hear what you’d want covered.

Have a couple openings pop up this week.

If you’ve been dealing with a tight neck, sore shoulders, or just feeling a little run down…

This is a good chance to get in and take care of it before it builds into something bigger.

A lot of what I see starts small and just sticks around longer than it should.

Sometimes all it takes is one focused session to start turning things around.

If you’ve been thinking about it, now’s a good time to grab a spot.

That feeling when you finally relax on the table…

Your shoulders drop.

Your breathing slows down.

Your body just… lets go a little.
That’s not just muscles relaxing—
that’s your nervous system shifting gears.
Most of us spend a lot of time in “go mode”

—thinking, moving, pushing through the day.
Massage gives your body a chance to come back the other direction.

That’s where a lot of the real benefit happens.
Not just feeling better in the moment—
but helping your system reset.

Client: “You can go deeper.”

Me: “Got it.” (Applies pressure)

Client: “…okay maybe not that deep.”
😄

There’s always a little back-and-forth in finding the right pressure.

That sweet spot where it’s effective—but not sending you into another dimension.

That’s the goal every time.
Communication helps…

Working behind the scenes on the advanced symposium series…

A lot of time goes into building something that’s actually useful—not just information, but real-world application.

After 23 years in practice, I’ve seen the same patterns come up again and again.

The goal with these trainings is to help therapists: • Recognize those patterns faster

• Understand what they’re really feeling

• And know what to do with it
It’s not about doing more—it’s about seeing things more clearly.

Getting closer to rolling these out.

Tight muscles aren’t random…

There’s always that one spot…

You didn’t know it was tight—
until I found it.

And now it has your full attention 😄

Even in Greeley, people start itching to clean up yards early.

Before you go full spring-cleaning mode on your garage, yard, or garden beds…

Consider a 60-minute tune-up.
Your back doesn’t care that you’re “just moving a few things around.”

It cares that you haven’t lifted like that since October.

Think of massage as preseason conditioning for spring projects.

“Is it spring… or is this just a really aggressive fake-out?”

If your body feels confused, it’s not just you.

Warm days → yard work.
Cold days → shoveling.
Windy days → shoulders up around your ears.

March in Colorado is basically a full-body workout you didn’t sign up for.

If your neck and low back are feeling the seasonal chaos, let’s reset things before April really gets going.
