Hey girl‼️❤️ GET UPPPP‼️ It’s time to pray‼️🤍 Heavenly Father, Before I speak another word over this day, teach me to guard my mouth. Your Word tells me that “death and life are in the power of the tongue” (Proverbs 18:21), and today I choose to speak life, even when my feelings try to convince me otherwise. Lord, You know there are mornings when I wake up feeling heavy. Mornings when I don’t recognize the woman staring back at me in the mirror. Mornings when I want to say, “I’m so depressed… I’m not enough… I don’t like myself… I’m exhausted… I have nothing left to give… I’m never going to get better.” You hear every thought before I ever say it out loud. Father, remind me that while my feelings are real, they are not always the truth. Your truth is greater than my emotions. Your Word says, “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” (2 Corinthians 5:7) Help me not to build my identity around temporary emotions, but around Your unchanging promises. Lord, forgive me for every time I’ve spoken defeat over my own life. Forgive me for agreeing with discouragement instead of agreeing with what You have spoken about me. Forgive me for calling myself worthless when You call me chosen… for calling myself broken when You call me redeemed… for saying I have no future when You have already declared, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11) Holy Spirit, put a guard over my lips today. Stop me before I speak words that plant fear instead of faith. When I feel like saying, “I can’t do this,” remind me to say, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13) When I feel like saying, “Nothing will ever change,” remind me that “With God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26) When I feel like saying, “I’m too weak,” remind me that “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9) Father, help me understand that every word I repeatedly speak becomes something my heart begins to believe. I don’t want to rehearse hopelessness until it becomes my identity. I want to rehearse Your promises until they become the foundation I stand on. Your Word says, “The words of the reckless pierce like swords, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.” (Proverbs 12:18) Let my words bring healing to my own heart today. Teach me to speak to myself the way You speak to me—with grace, compassion, truth, and hope. Even if I don’t feel beautiful today, remind me that I am fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Even if I don’t feel strong today, remind me that those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). Even if I don’t feel joyful today, remind me that weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. (Psalm 30:5) Lord, I refuse to curse the very life You are still working in. I refuse to call myself defeated while You are still writing my testimony. I refuse to speak death over dreams You haven’t finished growing. Today I choose to declare that I am loved, forgiven, chosen, strengthened, covered by Your grace, and never abandoned. My circumstances may not change overnight, but You are changing me day by day. Fill my mouth with thanksgiving instead of complaints. Fill my heart with hope instead of despair. Fill my mind with Your Word until my conversations begin to sound like heaven instead of fear. May every word I speak today glorify You, encourage someone else, and remind my own soul that You are still faithful. In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen. ❤️

Dear clients,
Without going into a lot of detail, I am facing some personal health issues that is affecting my ability to work. I am in the process of seeking medical answers but that may take some time and I have to take 1 day at a time. If you find that I'm needing to reschedule your appointments, please know that I will try to get you in as soon as possible. In the meantime I am soliciting your prayers and ask for your patience as I work on my health. ❤️
