Sports season is upon us and 4 schedules are a lot to balance so I apologize if I don’t get back to you right away. I am not working weekends currently due to sports and trying to find time for my family. If I don’t answer you during that time rest assured I will get back to you during the regular workweek. If it’s Tuesday and you still haven’t heard from me that’s entirely my fault and if you shoot me a quick message I will respond promptly.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday every week are practice days and I am bouncing between Greeley and Severance from 4-9

Wednesdays are a good day for early afternoon appointments every week

The first 2 Fridays of every month I am taking off to reserve some me time outside of work and kids

Prebooking your appointments is the best way to ensure you are reserved every month even if you book ahead and there needs to be changes as long as I have at least 24 hours notice we can rearrange things as needed.

Emergencies happen for both of us I try really hard to not have to reschedule if I ever do rest assured your next appointment will have an appreciation discount on it. I am understanding when they arise for clients as well, so long as it doesn’t become a habit. Once that habit forms you might start to see a cancellation fee associated with your next appointment total.

My prices are kept low not because I don’t think I’m worth more but because I value my clients and understand if things get expensive some of you might not be able to enjoy the one thing you do for yourself. However, the economy is changing and product prices are rising so come this January you will see a slight price increase. I have not increased my prices in well over 5 years so it is definitely time to adjust a bit to continue staying in business.

I appreciate each and every single one of you for your love and support over the years without you my business wouldn’t be possible. All of you have become so much more to me than just my clients and know you each hold a place in my heart ❤️
