We believe in living your most vibrant, optimal quality of life! Your body deserves the very best treatment available! Don't just treat yourself to a wonderful day, but purpose to give yourself a awesome quality of life! Sarah Shimek has added Positional Release Techniques (PRT) and Active Release Techniques (ART) into her practice. More therapeutic and medical-based than many other bodywork styles, orthopedic massage is more physical and muscle focused than emotional. Interaction between the client and therapist is helpful. Putting detailed anatomical knowledge into practice can influence the musculoskeletal system and manipulate trigger areas to release bodily tension, decrease pain, and increase mobility. Deep tissue and Swedish strokes are used for areas that just require maintenance. The atmosphere, music, and free aromotherapy contribute a massage that will truly improve your quality of life!
