Due to the deteriorating road conditions, the City of Greeley is now on ACCIDENT ALERT. Seriously, DO NOT DRIVE IF YOU DON’T HAVE AN ABSOLUTE NEED TO!

During an accident alert, law enforcement only respond to accidents that:

Have injuries or death
Are hit and runs
At least one driver is under the influence of substances
Public property damage (like a street light)
One or both drivers does not have insurance

If you are in an accident and do not meet the criteria above, exchange information with the other driver:

Name, date of birth, address, phone number
Driver's license number and state
Vehicle license plate number and state
Insurance company and provider

You will still be required to submit a police report, within 24 hours, which can be done at https://greeleypdco.policetocitizen.com/home
