As we move into the beautiful energy of autumn, I’ve been feeling especially drawn to creating spaces where we can slow down, let go of what we no longer need to carry, and reconnect with ourselves.

During a sound bath, you simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow the vibrations of the crystal alchemy bowls to wash over you. There is nowhere you need to be and nothing you need to accomplish. Just an opportunity to quiet the outside world and come back to yourself. ✨

Sound healing can be a beautiful way to support:

✨ A Special Reiki Offering for October✨

Over the past few months, I’ve felt myself being called deeper into my spiritual work and into the practice of Reiki.

When I completed my Reiki Master certification, my original intention was primarily to deepen my own personal healing practice. But as I’ve continued working with Reiki and sharing it with others, I’ve experienced just how powerful this energy work can be—and I feel called to explore it more deeply.

As I continue to grow my practice and deepen my ability to connect, listen, and work intuitively with energy, I’m opening 5 donation-based Reiki sessions next month for anyone who has never experienced a Reiki session with me before. 🤍

These sessions are an opportunity for me to continue practicing and refining my connection with Reiki, while offering you a peaceful space to slow down, receive, and simply be.

There is no set price for these 5 sessions. If you feel called to offer a donation afterward as an exchange of energy, you are welcome to do so—but there is absolutely no expectation.

After these 5 spots are filled, I’ll also be opening a limited number of practice sessions at a special discounted rate for those who are interested in experiencing Reiki with me for the first time.

You don’t need to know anything about Reiki or have any experience with energy work. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. ✨

Today was such a special day. 🥹🥁✨

I had the opportunity to attend a drum-making workshop at Golden Light Healing, where I got to create my very own ceremonial drum!

I’ve been wanting a drum of my own ever since experiencing the incredible power of one during my time in Tulum on the Awaken You Retreat, where we participated in a Temezcal ceremony. There was something so grounding, powerful, and deeply moving about the rhythm of the drum that stayed with me long after that experience.

So today, I got to create one of my own. 🤍

There’s something really special about knowing that I’ll now be able to bring this beautiful instrument into my own healing practice. I’ll be incorporating drum washes into my sound healings and Reiki sessions, adding another layer of grounding, connection, and intention to the space I hold for others.

I’m so grateful for experiences that continue to expand my practice and remind me that healing can take so many beautiful forms.

And honestly… I’m pretty excited to see where this drum takes me. 🥁✨

There is something so sacred about sharing space in person—about slowing down together, softening together, and allowing ourselves to simply receive.
