When comparing Physical/mineral vs. Chemical sunscreens, I recommend Physical. Here's why:

Ingredients in mineral sunscreen prevent UV light from penetrating the skin. Because the ingredients sit on the top layer of skin and aren’t absorbed (like with chemical or traditional sunscreens), mineral sunscreens are considered the safer option. Physical sunscreens also typically do not contain additives but always make sure to read your labels besties! 🫶🏼
