We are not Physical Therapist, Psychiatrist|Psychologist, or Doctors.

We can not prescribe or diagnose.

It's interesting to look at it like this and still see the importance of Massage & Bodywork.

We provide a profound service of Human Touch.

Attention & Compassion, for the body|mind as a whole.

So much more can be said, even on a scientific standpoint, but this will do for now.

It's been a lil minute since I had a New client ✨️ and looking back at what has been written in reviews past is "she listens".

Being able to "Read the Body" and follow what it's saying|needing is that Intuitive Touch I'm so thankful my clients allow themselves to receive ✨️🤲🏼✨️

Communication before every service, whether new or regular clients, is so important for understanding goals and intentions!

I love celebrating each season. All four hold profound meaning in our lives.
This year I had a thought I never had before.

As we know, the Summer Solstice is the "longest" day of the year, not by time but by sunlight, and Winter Solstice is the longest darkest day of the year.

My thought focuses on breath. Imagining Mother Nature herself breathing. Slow & Steady In & Out.

Winter Solstice (December 21st) is the BEGINNING of the INHALE after Summer & Fall have finally Fully released 🌬

Summer Solstice (June 21st) is the Peak moment where we've reached that FULL breath through Winter & Spring and it's finally time to EXHALE.

I hope this makes sense as I type this out because it was such a beautiful moment seeing it through a lens of LIFE Love & Appreciation in every season.
