In compliance with the CDC, we at Head Quarters Hair Design want all our clients to know that we are following all the guidelines with sanitizing the salon so that it is safe for you to come there and safe for us to work there.
Thank you in advance for following the rules that we need you to follow when you come to the salon for your service:

1-Only one client at a time with each stylist. If someone brings you, they need to stay in the car while you are in the salon. Also you must WAIT in your vehicle until we motion for you to come in, no one can be in the waiting area inside.
2-Clients need to wear a mask as well as the stylist while in the salon. We will offer a mask if you don’t have one for a charge of $1.00. Also for color and perm clients, while the color or perm is on the hair processing, and possibly after for rinsing, we may have to use a disposable mask for that time or your mask that you have will get stained or wet. So we will have disposable masks for $1.00. If you have one feel free to bring one of your own.
3-When you enter the salon we ask that you wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer.
4-I think this goes with out saying, but if you have traveled, or feel sick or running a temperature, please call and cancel your appointment.

Hi all of my color needing clients,
I have some color crayons for sale that are temporary and easy to use. It is applied to wet or damp hair and
lasts until the next shampoo. Of course it is not as good as permanent for those unwanted grays and out growth, but it is better than nothing! Some of you may have tried coloring your hair at home, it may have turned out or not, but this is one alternative. The colors are blonde, light brown, medium brown, dark brown. There is a black that I can get, but I don’t have any right now. Either respond to this post or private message Head Quarters, (I think you can on here,) or text me at 920-676-0763........I hope this is not this a mistake to post😳 We hope everyone is staying healthy.

This explains things......

Gov. Evers orders hair and nail salons, spas, barbershops, and more to close effective Friday evening As of 5 p.m. Friday, March 20, all hair salons, day spas, nail salons, barbershops, tattoo parlors, body art establishments, and tanning facilities must close.

During this time of concern we are sanitizing as much as we possibly can. We ask clients to either use hand sanitizer or wash hands when they come in. We also are limiting people in the salon at one time, to help as well. If clients have traveled recently we ask that they use their discretion as to whether to come in for appointments. All of us at Head Quarters know or can be in contact with most of our clients, so that should be helpful too. We ask the obvious of clients to cancel their appointments if they are aware that they are currently sick.
