Not my favorite post to make but definitely necessary. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both my time and the time of other clients, I kindly ask that you review the following policy:

24-Hour Notice Required
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require prepayment.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment. The cancellation fee may still apply if there is not enough time to complete the service.

Card on File
A valid card may be required to reserve appointments. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.
