While leadership has always been a part of what we do, we’re excited to be putting more intention behind it — creating stronger support systems, more opportunities for education and growth, and a salon culture where everyone has the tools to succeed.

Leading the vision, supporting our team, developing salon systems, and working to create an environment where our guests, stylists, and business can thrive.

🤍 Lauren | Assistant Manager
Lauren has been side by side in a leadership role for years, helping support the daily operations of the salon, our stylists, and the guest experience. Her experience, consistency, and dedication have been such an important part of our team.

🤍 Ava | Stylist & Education Leader
Ava is officially stepping into a role focused on helping educate and develop our newer stylists. From supporting their growth behind the chair to helping build confidence, skills, and consistency, as well as the Bella experience-she’ll play an important role in the next generation of Bella stylists.

Together, we’re focused on

Creating an incredible experience for our guests, building a healthy and successful business, and giving our stylists the support, education, and opportunities they need to grow.

I’m realizing that one of the most beautiful — and bittersweet — parts of being a leader is watching someone you’ve taught, mentored, and poured into eventually become ready to spread their own wings🤍

Kendra’s time at Bella is coming to an end, and while there are definitely some bittersweet feelings, I find myself feeling overwhelmingly proud

This is my first experience with someone leaving the salon in such a positive way, and it’s taught me something really special about growth. The goal was never to keep someone here forever. The goal was to help them grow, build their confidence, find their strengths, and become the stylist they’re meant to be

And when they’re ready to take everything they’ve learned and chase a dream of their own… you realize just how beautiful that part of the journey really is

I’m so grateful I got to be a part of Kendra’s journey, To teach her, guide her, cheer her on, and watch her grow into the stylist she is today is something I’ll always be proud of

So while this chapter is closing, I don’t see it as an ending. I see it as a fresh beginning. ✨

Kendra, we are so happy for you and excited to see where this next chapter takes you. You will always be a part of the Bella family, and we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way🤍

We’ll have slightly different hours this week because our Bella team is heading out of town for some much-needed team bonding + connection time! 🤍

🗓️ Monday: 8:30 AM–8:00 PM
🗓️ Tuesday: 8:30 AM–8:00 PM
🗓️ Wednesday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM

We’re so grateful that we’re nearly completely booked this week, but we wanted to give everyone a heads-up! If you need to grab your favorite Eufora products, pick up an order, or take care of anything at the salon, we recommend coming in earlier in the week before we head out. 🛍️✨

Our team is so important to us, and taking time to connect outside of the salon helps us come back even stronger for YOU. 🤍
