A trusting team is a strong one 💛
Last month I hosted a retreat for my team of stylists. Our retreat was about unifying the team around a shared vision and our core values as a salon, making sure everyone feels connected and inspired as we build our future together.
I was especially excited to share all the new ideas as we approach the opening of our new salon building, and to just enjoy quality time together.
Ultimately, team building is all about stepping out of our routine so we can get to know each other better and create a more united and supportive culture inside the salon.

💛 That’s why I create booklets to read and visualize concepts and always include hands-on activities in my teaching.
