📍 Looking for the right next home for HANCAN Barbershop in Green Bay!

I’m exploring commercial spaces to expand Hancan, and I want to be intentional about where we grow.

We’ve built a successful business with a loyal clientele and a steady flow of people coming through our doors every day. That’s something I want a potential landlord or neighboring business to see the value in, too. Our clients could be grabbing coffee next door, checking out a nearby store, or discovering a business they might not have visited otherwise.

I’d love to be alongside businesses where we can support each other and give people more reasons to visit the area.

For me, the right fit means enough room to grow, convenient parking for our clients, and rent that makes sense for the space and the long-term value Hancan brings to the property.

I’m proud of what we’ve built, and I’m looking for a property owner who sees the opportunity to grow with us.

I don’t think people always realize how much comes with being a barber.

In one week, I can hear that somebody’s having a baby, somebody got engaged, somebody landed a new job, and somebody else is going through one of the hardest times of their life.

Sometimes I hear things before their friends or family even know. And that kind of trust means a lot to me.

We joke around, talk trash, laugh, and have a good time. But we also have some real conversations in that chair. About marriage, kids, losing somebody, or just trying to figure life out.

I don’t always have the answer, but I can listen.

I see some of my clients more than I see my own family. When you’re seeing somebody every week or every few weeks for years, you get to know them beyond what haircut they get. You care about how they’re doing. You remember what they were going through last time and want to know if things got better.

That’s why this has always meant more to me than just cutting hair. A lot of you have become friends and family to me over the years.

So to everybody who has ever sat in my chair, thank you. For trusting me with your haircut, but also for being comfortable enough to talk to me about your life.

You’ve let me be part of some really good moments and some really hard ones. You’ve watched me grow, too, and supported me through a lot.

I know I joke around a lot, but I don’t take any of that for granted. I appreciate y’all more than you know. 🙏🏾
