Tomorrow, we’re hitting the road to kick off my birthday weekend, because Friday is all about celebrating another trip around the sun! 🥳✨

🌿 A little reminder to BREATHE. 🧘‍♀️💜

Life gets loud, your mind gets busy, and sometimes your body just needs a moment to reset.

✨ Try this simple breathing exercise:

🌬️ Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds.

💜 Hold gently for 2 seconds.

🍃 Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 seconds.

✨ Repeat 4–5 times, relaxing your shoulders and unclenching your jaw with every exhale.

Remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup. Give yourself permission to slow down. Your nervous system will thank you. 💜
